Day 12

I can’t believe we are already about halfway done! Today’s pose is Viparita Karani: Legs Up The Wall. This is meant to be restorative and hanging out here for at least five minutes. This is a great pose if you’re having a tough day, struggling to go to sleep, etc. This pose honestly has a ton of benefits. I love this pose because of how restorative it is and how relaxing it is. For modifications, you could a bolster or blanket underneath your lower back so it’s not so much pressure there, but if you feel any discomfort, try to adjust yourself for what’s best for your body. It’s meant to be gentle and soothing. I look forward to Day 13!
