Day 6: Warrior II

Or known as, Virabhadrasana II. This is probably my favorite of the warrior poses. While slightly different from Warrior I, I think it brings calmness to the body while testing out your balance. This is a pose you will need to “share the wealth” and make sure you do for both the left and right body. Your feet are going to be set up the same way as yesterday, and you can decide how deep you want to go into the pose. Your head should be facing forward on and you arms should aligned with one another. My arms are a little high on my first picture with this, but it shows room for growth for me. I think the modifications for this one work best together and not separately (depending on your level). You can always use the wall for balance (or in my case a railing), or put your back foot touching the wall for steadiness.
